糖水时间!


材料:红豆、沙谷、黄番薯、红番薯、芋头、椰糖和椰浆

自制椰咖

没想到第一次自制椰咖就成功,实在是太开心了!!瓦卡卡卡!

*brean machine formula
400ml coconnut milk
400ml whole eggs
330g sugar
10 pieces pandan leaves
1 tbsp pandan paste

1. cut pandan leaves into small pieces. Blend with 200ml coconut milk and squeeze through a fine strainer. Mix with the balance of 200ml of coconut milk and pandan paste.

2. Beat eggs and sugar lightly till sugar dissolved. Add into bread machine pan with the pandan coconut milk. Select 'jam' function.

3. Ones done, let jam cool in bread pan for a while before trasfering to a blender to blend till smooth.

4. Store in sterilized glass jars and keep in fridge after completely cool down.

巧克力口味戚风蛋糕

蛋糕成功时的那刻感动,我想只有爱做蛋糕的人才能明白!:)
爱上了制作戚风蛋糕,只因为它制作简单,省时省力至于,口感也实在不错哦!
会继续尝试其他的口味!

A:30g cocoa powder加50g开水搅匀
B:低粉100G, 糖30G, 盐1/2TSP,苏打粉1/2TSP,发粉1/2TSP
C:蛋黄4粒,由50G,vaila1TSP,牛奶50G
D:蛋白4粒,塔塔粉1/4TSP,糖60G

下火160度烤20分钟后再上下火150度烤20分钟
