400ml coconnut milk<br />
400ml whole eggs<br />
330g sugar<br />
10 pieces pandan leaves<br />
1 tbsp pandan paste<br />

1. cut pandan leaves into small pieces. Blend with 200ml coconut milk and squeeze through a fine strainer. Mix with the balance of 200ml of coconut milk and pandan paste.<br />

2. Beat eggs and sugar lightly till sugar dissolved. Add into bread machine pan with the pandan coconut milk. Select 'jam' function.<br />
<br />
3. Ones done, let jam cool in bread pan for a while before trasfering to a blender to blend till smooth.<br />

4. 美中不足的是味道不是很够,而且好像有吃到塔塔粉的味道哦!下回再尝试,我应该会敢敢做其它口味了,加油!<br />

学校假期来临了,期待假期,更期待早上可以做早餐给老公吃的日子,所以其实我根本不舍得一放假就回家乡。<br />
最近煮饭和制作糕点的次数增加了,真的很享受呆在厨房的感觉,不晓得肚子再大一点的时候,我还能不能照常煮饭给老公吃呢?<br />
第一次做的北海道戚风蛋糕可说是非常成功,因为同事们都说很好吃哦!我自己也认为不错,而且这次的鲜奶油也打得很好,把鲜奶油挤进去蛋糕时看到蛋糕膨上来时真的非常兴奋哦!<br />

好久没做宫保了,所以这天特地买了八爪鱼回来,按照妈妈所说的切成花条纹,卖相真的不错哦!<br />
这一餐除了有宫保八爪鱼\蒸鱼和青菜,也把西瓜切好当饭后甜品,两个人的分量是否吓人了点?^^<br />

打南糕(kuih talam)是其中一种娘惹糕。娘惹糕是马来西亚颇出名的糕点,种类繁多,其特色是加入了大量的浓椰浆。我因为贪图方便,所以选择了盒装椰浆水,若是能够利用新鲜椰子挤出的椰浆水,风味会更佳!:good:<br />
今天我做的双色番薯打南糕是改编自传统一般的打南糕,舍弃了木薯粉、碱水和班兰汁,改用沙谷粉和番薯取而代之。在打南糕里加入番薯已经大有人在,而我因为之前逛街看到超市有卖日本进口的番薯,各买了一些做糖水有用剩,所以就把食谱改一改,变成这个双色番薯打南糕咯!<br />

材料:</div>

140克紫番薯,130克克甜番薯(蒸熟)</div>

粉浆材料:</div>
<div>
100克粘米粉,125克沙谷粉,300ml浓椰浆,200ml清水</div>

<div>
糖水:</div>
<div>
150克细砂糖,250ml清水,5片班兰叶</div>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
做法:</div>
<div>
1)准备糖水:糖水材料煮沸至糖溶化(取出班兰叶)</div>

<div>
2)将粉浆材料和糖水一起拌匀,分成一半。</div>

<div>
3)拿起一半面糊加入紫薯泥用搅拌机搅烂</div>
<div>
(这样就不必过虑面糊,也可把紫薯泥打细)</div>

<div>
4)把紫薯面糊倒入抹了油的蒸盘里,以大火蒸20分钟</div>

<div>
5)将另一半面糊加入甜番薯用搅拌机搅烂后加入(4)</div>

难得那一天因为答应了老公以及买了一盒鲜奶油,所以才动手又做蛋糕。<br />

这个乳酪蛋糕跟一般的比较不一样,因为它用的是cheddar cheese。这也是吸引我的原因之一,因为我的冰箱里就常会有存货,不必特地去买cream cheese.<br />
